Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 8, 2026

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Racimo LLC (“Racimo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, operating the website racimollc.us (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of the Site and to representatives of the businesses that engage our professional services. Racimo provides business-to-business representation and commercialization services; we do not knowingly sell products to, or collect data from, individual consumers as a primary activity.

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide to us

  • Contact and inquiry data — when you use our contact form or email us, we collect your full name, email address, company name, the subject of your message, and anything you choose to include in the message.
  • Engagement data — if your company becomes a Client, we collect the business and billing information needed to deliver and invoice our services (contact details, company information, and the materials you share with us during an engagement).

b) Payment information

Payments for our services are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on the Site. The payment provider processes your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive only limited confirmation and billing information necessary to administer the transaction.

c) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our infrastructure providers may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

d) Information from third parties

We may receive information from our payment providers, analytics tools, and from partners or referrers in the ordinary course of business development.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide requested information;
  • prepare proposals and deliver, manage, and invoice our professional services;
  • process payments and prevent fraud through our payment providers;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • communicate with you about your engagement and, where permitted, about our services; and
  • comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation) requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver services you or your company have engaged;
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and secure our business, respond to inquiries, and develop business relationships, balanced against your rights;
  • Consent — for certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; and
  • Legal obligation — to meet our tax, accounting, and regulatory duties.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers acting on our behalf (payment processors, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and professional advisors), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to perform their function;
  • with our Clients or partners where strictly necessary to deliver an agreed engagement;
  • to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, or property; and
  • in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization), subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember preferences, secure the Site, and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

7. International data transfers

Racimo is based in the United States, and our Clients and partners are located in multiple countries, including the European Union and Latin America. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to deliver services, maintain business records, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion of your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request portability of information you provided to us; and
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and the professionals who represent them. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the websites of the companies we represent). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on the Site with the most recent “Last updated” date applies. Material changes will be indicated by updating that date.
